Instructions:

1. Order the item that you want from www.collectorsaddition.com - It has to be from our website, not an ebay transaction, in-store transaction or show transaction.

2. If you find a lower price simply let us know by sending us an email to customerservice@collectorsaddition.com

3. After receiving your information, we will contact the competitor, verify the pricing, and calculate the discount. The pricing must follow our guidelines listed below. This is imperative to receive a discount.

4. If you are due an adjustment - no problem - that's why we have the guarantee! If you let us know prior to purchasing, we can deduct it from your order. If you have purchased within 5 days, we can send you a refund check or hold an in-store credit for you.

*Important Guidelines - What you need to know:

• The item must be currently available for purchase on the other website. (No backorders, sold out items, or rainchecks)

• The item must be the same style, size, name and color as your collectorsaddition.com purchase.

• The item must be Brand New, unopened, and unused with all the original packaging.

• Not valid on auction site prices (such as eBay, Yahoo, Etc) or through membership clubs.

• Not valid on sites operated outside of The United States.
